Key Responsibilities
• Manage Enterprise and strategic accounts through onboarding, success, and renewal processes
• Develop playbooks to encourage product adoption and prevent churn
• Advocate for customers by identifying risks, providing solutions, and driving product improvements
Required Qualifications:
• 3-5+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management or Customer Success
• Ability to nurture strategic relationships with executive-level stakeholders
• Experience in understanding customer business goals and building strategies to support outcomes
• Growth mindset and start-to-finish ownership approach
• Location in the United States for remote work
