Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Efficiently receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy by comparing them with purchase orders. Organize products within the warehouse to maximize space and ensure easy accessibility.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to customer requirements and company standards. Verify that all orders are complete and correctly labeled.
• Shipping and Receiving: Manage outbound shipments by preparing appropriate documentation and coordinating with carriers. Address and resolve any issues related to shipping and receiving.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and organized by following safety protocols and performing regular housekeeping tasks. Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and report any malfunctions.
• Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently. Perform routine checks to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to support seamless warehouse operations. Communicate effectively to address any challenges or operational needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Attention to Detail: Ability to handle inventory with precision and accuracy to minimize errors.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing or walking for extended periods.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage inventory effectively and maintain a well-ordered warehouse.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems. Experience with barcoding and scanning equipment is a plus.
• Safety Awareness: Understanding of and adherence to safety procedures and best practices in a warehouse setting.

Experience

• Previous Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required. We are open to training motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
• Certification: Forklift certification is advantageous but not mandatory. Training will be provided for qualified candidates.

Working Hours

• Shift Details: Full-time position with varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends. Flexibility is required to meet operational needs.
• Standard Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week, with the potential for overtime during peak periods.

• Knowledge: Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Skills: Ability to operate warehouse equipment and perform tasks using warehouse management software.
