Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders according to Amazons quality and safety standards.
• Inventory Management: Accurately manage inventory by receiving, sorting, and storing products in designated locations.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damage and ensure that all items meet Amazons quality standards before shipment.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, if trained and certified.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that arise.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter data related to inventory, orders, and shipments into Amazons systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in handling and processing orders.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills for operating warehouse management systems and data entry.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and find effective solutions quickly and efficiently.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Experience:

• Previous Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment is preferred but not required.
• Training: Comprehensive training will be provided for all new hires to ensure proficiency in all job functions.

Working Hours:

• Shifts: Full-time and part-time shifts available. Flexibility to work day, night, or weekend shifts based on operational needs.
• Hours: Typical shifts range from 8 to 12 hours, depending on the operational requirements and workload.
