Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, including reference checks and offer negotiations.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires and contribute to ongoing employee engagement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the aviation industry or a related sector.
  • Exceptional knowledge of recruitment practices, employment laws, and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a recruitment role, with a focus on aviation or similar technical fields.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing high-quality candidates in a competitive market.
  • Experience with data analysis and using recruitment metrics to drive decision-making.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position.
  • Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required based on recruitment needs.

  • Advanced skills in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques.
