Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer support or related role is preferred but not required.
- Experience with virtual or remote work environments is a plus.

Working Hours:
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate various time zones, with the requirement to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Must be available to work during core business hours as required by the team.
