- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Experience working remotely is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with handling customer service inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Working Hours:
- This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours. Candidates should be available to work during standard business hours and be willing to adjust schedules to accommodate different time zones if necessary.
