Key Responsibilities:

  • Document and track customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and improve service processes.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations during all customer interactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not required.
  • Experience working overnight shifts or in a 24/7 environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technology is advantageous.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time overnight shift (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) with flexibility to cover varying shifts as needed.
