Customer Service Agent – Call Center Representative (Remote within US)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with grace.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and basic software applications (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
  • Experience working remotely is advantageous but not required.
  • Previous experience handling high call volumes and meeting performance metrics is preferred.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time and part-time shifts available.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is possible; however, some evening and weekend availability may be required.
  • All shifts will be conducted remotely within the US.
