Job Summary

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with virtual communication tools.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer support or service role is preferred, especially in a virtual or remote setting.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with DoorDashs products and services is a plus but not required.
Working Hours
- This is a remote position with flexible working hours. Candidates should be available to work across various shifts, including evenings and weekends, to provide continuous support to our customers.
