Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition and Management: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by prospecting new leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
• Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively present and demonstrate their value to potential clients.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth. Provide feedback to the team for product and strategy improvements.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process and post-sale, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and support teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to close sales, with experience in negotiation and relationship management.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and address client needs effectively.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client demands with a positive attitude.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a related industry.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with B2B sales is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet client needs or attend industry events.
