- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services.
- Reporting: Track and report sales performance, client interactions, and market insights to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in generating new business and managing client relationships.
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual sales environment is preferred but not required.
Working Hours
