Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments to address and resolve customer issues.
- Stay informed about Deltas products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and solutions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Experience with CRM systems and handling customer interactions in a remote environment is a plus.
Working Hours:
- This is a remote position with flexible working hours. Representatives may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate varying time zones and flight schedules.
