Key Responsibilities:

  • Telephone Operation: Handle incoming and outgoing calls promptly and professionally. Direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals and take accurate messages when necessary.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Assist patients in scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments. Maintain and update appointment calendars.
  • Patient Registration: Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, including verifying patient information, processing paperwork, and handling patient queries.
  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records. Ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to facilitate smooth operations and address any patient concerns or needs.
  • Compliance: Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including those related to patient confidentiality and data protection.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in using telephone systems and office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).

Experience:

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Occasional weekend shifts may be required based on hospital needs.
