Fresher Job is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Domestic Calling Agent (Female) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell a range of financial products, including loans, insurance, and investment options.
- Provide detailed information about financial products, addressing customer queries and concerns with clarity and professionalism.
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize conversion rates and build a strong customer base.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions to close sales.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive telephone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.

Experience

Working Hours
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Occasional extended hours or weekend shifts may be required based on business needs.
