Key Responsibilities

- Job Postings: Create and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring metrics.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive hiring practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience
- Experience: No prior experience required; however, internships or previous experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus.
