Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and design phases of construction projects, including site assessments and material selection.
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that work meets the required standards and specifications.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, project logs, and compliance records.
- Review and approve construction plans and blueprints, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
- Monitor and manage construction materials and equipment, including ordering and inventory management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to address and resolve construction challenges effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Recent graduates with a diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering are encouraged to apply.
- Previous internship or project experience related to civil engineering or construction is a plus but not mandatory.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed based on project requirements.
