Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels, including stock counts and quality control.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to ensure that products meet Amazons high-quality standards before shipment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance metrics, including productivity, accuracy, and efficiency targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in warehousing or logistics is an asset.
• Proficiency in using basic computer systems and warehouse management software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and customer fulfillment processes is a plus.

Working Hours
