Key Responsibilities

• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve daily productivity goals and foster a positive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in reading and understanding instructions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.

Working Hours

• This is a full-time position with various shift options available, including day, evening, and overnight shifts.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed, especially during peak seasons.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) consistently throughout the shift.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and warehouse management systems.
