Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.

Experience
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus but not required.

Working Hours
- This is a remote position with flexible working hours. Candidates are expected to be available for core hours from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
