  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our offerings to guide customers effectively.
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records of customer issues and resolutions in our database.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Assist in training new staff on customer service protocols and systems as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings to share feedback and suggestions for service improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience

Working Hours
