Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator (Mandarin Speaking)

Job Summary:

Fresher Job is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator who is fluent in Mandarin to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations, operating forklifts, and ensuring the safe and accurate handling of materials. Your ability to communicate in Mandarin will be essential for liaising with team members and ensuring smooth operations in a diverse work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
• Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a secure working environment.
• Assist in inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with team members, providing updates and addressing issues as they arise.
• Support the management team in implementing warehouse procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to warehouse operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a warehouse worker or forklift operator.
• Valid forklift operator certification is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as required.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting is highly desirable.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position with shifts available from Monday to Friday, including occasional weekends and overtime as needed. Flexibility in working hours is a plus.
