Warehouse Worker – Evening Shift

Fresher Job is seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team for the evening shift. As a crucial part of our logistics operation, you will help ensure that our warehouse runs efficiently and safely. This role involves handling products, maintaining inventory, and supporting the overall operations that contribute to our commitment to excellence in service and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while adhering to quality standards.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to streamline warehouse operations.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks and accidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items.
• Basic math skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Good communication skills to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Working Hours

• Evening shift from 3 PM to 11 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
