Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
  • Receiving and Storing Goods: Efficiently receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly documented.
  • Order Fulfillment: Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order processing.
  • Data Entry: Utilize warehouse management systems to input and update inventory data, generating reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes is advantageous.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
