  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and content strategies.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives, product launches, and events.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our social media presence.
  • Conduct social media audits and develop reports on performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills in English (French is a plus).
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in community management and customer engagement strategies.

Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Experience working in a remote team environment is preferred.

Working Hours
