Job Summary
Fresher Job is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Agent d entretien (Maintenance Agent) to join our dynamic team at Abc Net. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play an essential role in ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient environment for our employees and clients. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of designated areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and report any issues to management.
- Assist in setting up and taking down facilities for special events.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and request replenishments as necessary.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from employees and visitors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks.
Experience
- No prior experience is required; however, experience in a similar role is a plus.
- On-the-job training will be provided to ensure familiarity with company standards and procedures.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with a flexible schedule.
- Typical hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed.
