Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and upgrade IT equipment and software applications.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure they are regularly updated.
  • Assist with network administration and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
  • Document technical procedures and user guides for internal use.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement improvements.
  • Train users on new technologies and best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to IT security policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Familiarity with common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, antivirus software).
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts and hardware.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment is advantageous.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
  • Flexibility in working hours may be required based on company needs.
