Key Responsibilities

• Photography: Capture high-quality images in various settings, including studio sessions, events, and outdoor locations, ensuring alignment with project requirements and brand standards.
• Photo Editing: Edit and retouch images using software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, enhancing visual appeal while maintaining a natural look.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute visual content that supports branding and promotional efforts.
• Portfolio Management: Maintain and update a professional portfolio showcasing your best work, adapting styles as needed to meet client demands.
• Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing guidance on photography and editing options.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality and consistency before submission.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in photography techniques and equipment, including DSLRs and mirrorless cameras.
• Strong command of photo editing software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Excellent visual composition skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in photography and photo editing, preferably in a freelance capacity.
• A diverse portfolio demonstrating versatility across different photography styles and techniques.
• Experience in a related industry (e.g., fashion, events, corporate) is a plus.
