Job Summary
Fresher Job is seeking a dynamic and organized Part-Time German-Speaking Office Manager/Virtual Assistant to support our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient office operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and communicating effectively with both English and German-speaking clients and partners. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a flexible work environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication and timely responses.
- Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations in both German and English.
- Conduct research and gather information to support various projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for team members as needed.
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred.
- Experience working in a virtual environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with the recruitment process and HR-related tasks is advantageous.
Working Hours
- Part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week.
- Flexible working hours with the possibility of remote work.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with office management software and tools.
- An understanding of basic HR processes is beneficial.
