Job Summary
Fresher Job is seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is crucial in supporting our leadership team in the EU Consumables sector, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships.
- Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making and strategy development.
- Assist with project management tasks, ensuring milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Maintain a filing system and ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of executives.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive support role or similar capacity.
- Experience in the consumables sector or related industries is preferred but not required.
Working Hours
- This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 20 hours per week. Flexibility in scheduling is available to accommodate personal commitments.
