Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and print materials.
• Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and execute design projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring all projects meet deadlines.
• Maintain a digital library of design assets and materials for easy access and reference.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity and versatility.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours to accommodate project needs.
• Occasional overtime may be required during peak project periods.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with web design principles and responsive design is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
