Key Responsibilities

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our development processes.
• Document software processes, code, and technical specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python programming and frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Python.
• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining applications in a commercial environment.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with a core requirement of 40 hours per week.
• Option for hybrid working arrangements (onsite or remote) within Germany or Austria.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
