Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and prospects in our CRM system.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and clients to nurture relationships and close deals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient in German and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with the technology or recruitment industry is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours to accommodate client needs and team collaboration.
