Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control power plant operations from the control room, ensuring safety and efficiency.

• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of plant operations, incidents, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to coordinate scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety among all staff.
• Participate in training sessions and safety drills to enhance operational knowledge and emergency preparedness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in using control room technology and monitoring systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience

• Previous experience in a control room or operations role within a power plant or similar industrial setting is preferred.

Working Hours

• Shift work is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 plant operation.
