Key Responsibilities

- Identify, record, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and validation of fixes.
- Design and implement automated testing scripts and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
- Perform regression, performance, and load testing to validate software robustness and scalability.
- Conduct peer reviews of test plans and test cases to ensure alignment with quality standards.
- Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices in software testing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve testing processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software testing, with a focus on both manual and automated testing.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a testing role within a software development environment.
- Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies is preferred.
- Previous experience in mentoring or leading a team of testers is advantageous.
Working Hours
