HR Administrator – Part Time

  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial training sessions.
  • Manage employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with management to implement employee engagement initiatives and assist in performance management processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations for management meetings.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to enhance the efficiency of HR operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a part-time capacity or internship.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems).
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR administration is highly desirable.

Working Hours:

  • Part-time position, approximately 20-25 hours per week.
  • Flexible working hours to accommodate candidates availability.
