Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage office communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy access to information.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements for team members.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up workstations and providing orientation materials.
  • Monitor office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and company objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or office management is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with office management software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred, ideally within a corporate environment.
  • Experience with customer service or client-facing roles is advantageous.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility may be required during peak business periods.
