Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive commercialization strategies for emerging biopharma assets.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and effective go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats within the biopharma landscape.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, payers, and regulatory bodies.
- Prepare and present business cases to senior management for asset development and commercialization.
- Monitor and report on the performance of commercialization initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and emerging data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Proven experience in biopharma commercialization, with a focus on emerging products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, particularly in commercialization or business development roles.
- Track record of successfully launching biopharma products and driving market adoption.
- Familiarity with regulatory processes and reimbursement landscape in the biopharma sector.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexibility in hours based on project needs.
- Occasional travel may be required for meetings, conferences, and stakeholder engagement.
