Key Responsibilities

- Create documentation and visual aids to communicate proposed changes and improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members on new processes and tools.
- Prepare and present reports on process performance and improvement outcomes to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT process improvement, with a strong understanding of methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or ITIL.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and process mapping software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT process improvement or a similar role.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing process enhancements that lead to measurable results.
- Familiarity with various IT systems and software applications.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours with a commitment to deliver results within agreed timelines. Expectation of approximately 40 hours per week.

- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable language for stakeholders.
