- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training and development sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently.

Working Hours
