Fresher Job is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager for our Engineering division (Non-Billing). Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the engineering sector, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing candidates to interviewing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with engineering managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions that attract the right talent.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and job fairs, to build a robust pipeline of candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments, providing recommendations based on candidate qualifications and organizational fit.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
- Foster relationships with educational institutions and industry organizations to promote employer branding and attract early-career talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, continuously refining strategies to enhance the recruitment process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of engineering roles and industry-specific requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and influence stakeholders.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with engineering roles and the associated skill sets required in various specialties (e.g., civil, mechanical, electrical).
Working Hours
- Full-time position, with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility in hours may be required to accommodate recruiting events or meetings with international candidates.
