Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets within Central Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate product benefits and features.
  • Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to identify new opportunities and develop promotional strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to senior management.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to represent Fresher Job and enhance professional networks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in clinical sales, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional Central European languages is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical sales or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build successful client relationships.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment is preferred.

  • Flexible working hours, with the expectation of meeting key stakeholders during business hours across Central Europe.
