  • Maintain detailed documentation of support requests and resolutions using our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of IT tools and systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices to continuously enhance service quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as mobile platforms.
  • Familiarity with common software applications and troubleshooting methods.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Experience

  • Prior experience in an IT support or help desk role is preferred.
  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Customer service experience is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones.
  • Availability to provide support during peak hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
