Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or administration preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy; minimum of 45 WPM.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience

• Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not required.

Working Hours

• Night shift: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays may be required.
