Customer Support Associate – Evening/Night Shift

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic technical knowledge of computers and common software applications.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred.
  • Experience in a remote working environment is a plus.

Working Hours

  • This position requires availability for evening and night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. Specific shift hours will be discussed during the interview process.
