Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telecalling to prospective and existing customers to inform them about products and services.
- Handle inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, details of inquiries, and complaints using the company’s CRM software.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to sales and customer satisfaction.
- Provide tailored solutions to customers’ needs and assist in their decision-making process.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to provide feedback on customer trends and concerns.
- Follow up on leads and ensure consistent communication with potential clients.
- Assist in any other tasks related to customer service and sales when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in handling telecalling software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues effectively and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in English and local languages as required.
- Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle rejections gracefully.
Experience:
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service roles.
- Prior experience in the business services industry or similar sector is an advantage.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position with flexible working hours based on business needs.
- Typically 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- Overtime may be required during peak business periods.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of telecalling techniques and best practices.
- Familiarity with using CRM tools to track customer interactions.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customers diplomatically.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
