Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide tailored solutions to customers’ needs and assist in their decision-making process.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to provide feedback on customer trends and concerns.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure consistent communication with potential clients.
  • Assist in any other tasks related to customer service and sales when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in handling telecalling software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

  • Fluency in English and local languages as required.

Experience:

  • 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service roles.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours based on business needs.
  • Typically 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  • Overtime may be required during peak business periods.

  • In-depth knowledge of telecalling techniques and best practices.
  • Familiarity with using CRM tools to track customer interactions.
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship management.
