Job Summary
Fresher Job is seeking a highly organized and proactive Amex Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional support to our clients, facilitating smooth operations, and ensuring that their needs are met efficiently. As an Amex Virtual Assistant, you will leverage your skills in communication, administration, and problem-solving to assist clients with their day-to-day tasks and inquiries, fostering strong relationships and contributing to their overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communications through email, phone, and chat, ensuring timely responses and resolution of inquiries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars for clients.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, including client files and transaction details.
- Support clients with their financial management tasks, including expense tracking and report generation.
- Conduct research as needed to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required by clients.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts and tools, particularly related to American Express services.
- A proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a virtual assistance, administrative, or customer support role.
- Experience working with financial services or a background in finance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools is a plus.
Working Hours
- This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours. Candidates should be available for a minimum of 40 hours per week and must be able to accommodate clients across various time zones.
