Key Responsibilities

- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members and management to identify process improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of American Express products, services, and promotions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance customer care skills.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics and goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic knowledge of financial services is a plus.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with American Express products and services is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience with CRM software and customer support tools.
Working Hours
- This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours. Candidates must be available to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
