Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and assist them with inquiries.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to appropriate departments.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide information regarding hospital services, procedures, and policies.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.
- Handle patient complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues as needed.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficient in using office equipment and software (e.g., MS Office Suite, electronic medical records systems).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is highly desirable.
Working Hours
