Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and buildings.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project plans.
- Utilize engineering software and tools to create detailed designs and simulations.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Support project estimation, budgeting, and resource allocation efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of construction materials, methods, and standards.

Experience
- Fresh graduates or diploma holders with no prior experience are welcome to apply.

Working Hours
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or extended hours as required by project demands.

- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is an advantage.
