Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information and solutions regarding products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints effectively.
  • Document all interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service quality.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in a BPO or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant skills and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with shifts available (day and night shifts).
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
